Emerald Maths and Science tutoring was founded by Rita Farrell in 2024. Having enjoyed a successful career in teaching and tutoring, Rita had many times witnessed the powerful impact achieved through tutoring. She was aware of the disconnect which often exists between how students perform in class and how they perform in exams. Rita’s motivation in creating Emerald Maths and Science Tutors was her desire to help students feel supported in achieving their target grades, and to have a happy journey through their maths and science learning.
